Invest in Poland!

For the last 3 years I have spent much time researching and travelling around Eastern Europe, everywhere from Estonia to Romania. Having thoroughly researched the pro's and con's of Real Estate markets in different countries, (location to other EU countries, infrastructure, market prices and risk vs. reward) I have settled on investing in Northern Poland. The Tri-City area of Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia, is one of the best markets in Poland, being an excellent developing area with strong connections to Scandinavia and Germany.
For anyone who has seen the bubble burst on the U.S Real Estate market it is obvious there is no need to continue investing in the United States. Poland is a much better option, having become a recent member of the EU, still having Eastern European prices, but being well located in Central Europe much like the Czech Republic. The price of Real Estate will continue to grow for the next years to come.
